| Our Mission.
At
Espresso Americano, it has never been our intent to simply
enter a given market with a short term mindset.
Our philosophy is simple: to provide the highest level of
drink preparation, attention to detail, design, training,
drink customization, and service available in the industry
today. Espresso Americano seeks to enter
regions of the world with a long-term perspective that takes
into consideration the subtleties of a given culture,
without ever compromising our identity or our
original Seattle influence.

| The
Espresso Americano model takes advantage of a country's ability to
produce the highest quality operational and aftermarket
items. Using coffee as an example, we believe it is
unreasonable to assume that the United States is the only country
capable of roasting first-rate coffee. Espresso Americano
utilizes roasters in a private labeled capacity for our franchise
shops that are already
established in the country of expansion. By doing this, we
significantly reduce the base price, warehousing and distribution
considerations. The end result is decreased cost to the
individual franchise and greater profitability. Local
quality monitoring and |

availability also translate into
fresher
and better drinks for the consumer due to the decreased time of
shipping and distribution. Since all the items are carefully
selected and private labeled for our coffee shops, image and identity are never
compromised.
Espresso
Americano continually strives to stand in opposition to the
cookie cutter approach to international franchising.
Instead, we seek to work closely with domestic partners in a
given country, with a common goal for the long-term benefit
of all.
